UI/UX Specialist

What you’ll do:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and business team to gather requirements into design solutions.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly and visually appealing designs for web and mobile platforms, enhancing user satisfaction and engagement.
- Conduct research and usability testing to gather insights, validate ideas, and inform design decisions.
- Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving project requirements.
- Maintain and expand our design system to ensure consistency across products.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in user interface and user experience design.
Qualifications:
- Experience 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes, user interface preferences, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Follows direction well while confidently making decisions and taking initiative.
- Willing to go the extra mile to learn and adapt to new challenges.
