Boutique Villas & Restaurant | Tanu by Hukma, Ubud, Bali We are looking for a friendly, confident, and service-oriented individual to join our hospitality team at Tanu by Hukma, a boutique villa and restaurant experience in Ubud. We are seeking someone who understands hospitality beyond simply serving food someone who can welcome guests warmly, create memorable experiences, and ensure every guest feels comfortable and well taken care of.

Your tasks

✨ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Guest Relations & Villa Operations

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression.
• Assist with villa check-ins, check-outs, and guest orientation.
• Explain villa facilities, services, breakfast options, and available amenities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure villas are ready for arrivals.
• Handle guest enquiries, WhatsApp communication, and special requests.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and coordinate solutions with the team.

Restaurant Service

• Welcome restaurant guests and assist with seating arrangements.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages professionally.
• Maintain excellent table presentation and guest service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Assist with breakfast arrangements and villa dining requests.

Guest Experience & Coordination

• Ensure guests receive attentive and personalized service.
• Communicate effectively with the villa and restaurant teams.
• Assist with bookings, payments, and basic POS/PMS operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation.
• Take initiative to improve the overall guest experience.

Requirements

🎯 THE CANDIDATE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience in a boutique hotel, luxury villa, resort, or quality restaurant is preferred.
• Good spoken and written English is essential.
• Friendly, confident, welcoming, and well-presented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling international guests.
• Able to multitask between guest services and restaurant operations.
• Responsible, organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Familiarity with hotel check-in procedures, restaurant service, POS systems, or booking platforms is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
