Operational Manager

About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the complete operations of our premium villa and restaurant in Ubud. The ideal candidate must have strong hospitality management experience, excellent leadership skills, and proven expertise in revenue management, OTA platforms, and premium guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily villa and restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
• Manage staff, guest experience, reservations, service standards, and team performance.
• Demonstrate strong hands-on knowledge of PMS systems, channel managers, and OTA platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia.
• Develop dynamic pricing strategies based on seasonality, occupancy, demand, and market trends.
• Regularly compare competitor rates, facilities, reviews, and market positioning to optimize room pricing.
• Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue performance, operating costs, and profitability.
• Optimize online listings, promotions, guest reviews, and direct booking strategies.
• Manage budgets, inventory, suppliers, maintenance, and financial reporting.
• Maintain high hospitality standards, aiming for a five-star guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with applicable operational, hygiene, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in villa, hotel, resort, or hospitality operations management.
• Strong practical knowledge of PMS platforms, OTA extranets, channel managers, and reservation systems.
• Proven experience in revenue management, competitor rate analysis, and dynamic pricing.
• Experience managing both accommodation and restaurant operations is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in luxury villas, boutique resorts, or five-star properties is a strong advantage.
