Head Nurse for Pediatric Dental Clinic

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Pediatric Dental Clinic in Dubai. As the Head Nurse, you will oversee nursing operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and coordinate with dental professionals to create a welcoming environment for our young patients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the nursing team within the pediatric dental clinic ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Develop and implement nursing procedures and protocols tailored to pediatric dental care.
• Knowledge of DHA governed laws
• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric dental patients, including pre- and post-treatment support.
• Coordinate with dentists, dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient safety and infection control standards rigorously within the clinic.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to maintain high standards of care and professional development.
• Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory of nursing supplies.
• Communicate effectively with children and their families to ease patient anxiety and educate about oral health care.
• Valid DHA license applicable in UAE.
• Extensive experience in pediatric nursing, preferably within a dental or clinical setting.

-Knowledge of DHA governed laws

• Proven leadership skills with prior experience as a head nurse or nursing supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric dental procedures and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with children and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety and hygiene.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment and handle emergencies calmly.
