Fresh Graduate? Welcome! You don't need extensive experience. We value your willingness to learn, adaptability, and interest in agriculture. Training and guidance will be provided along the way.

📍 Placement: Site Cirata

What You'll Do

• Support daily pineapple cultivation and plantation activities.
• Monitor plant growth, field conditions, pests, and diseases.
• Assist with fertilization, plant maintenance, and crop protection activities.
• Collect field data and prepare reports.
• Support field troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

We're Looking For

• D4/Bachelor's Degree in Agrotechnology, Agronomy, Plant Cultivation, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Interested in plantation and agricultural production.
• Willing to learn and work directly in the field.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to be placed in the cirata plantation area.
