Java Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the IT team of the head office to complete business requirements, test and deploy the project.
• Understand the Group’s system architecture and bridge business needs with technology implementation by combining business knowledge and technical skills.
• Understand complex business requirements and implement practical software solutions accordingly.
• Develop IT projects on time to support the branch's business and management.
• Resolve software bugs and issues quickly.
• Improve software development processes by working with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure that software specifications, workflows, and processes are documented.
• Any other duties as directed by the HOD of the Fintech Department or Branch Management.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (such as computer science, software engineering, data analysis, etc.).
• A minimum of three years' experience in fintech, information technology, or a related field, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• A track record of success in roles related to software development or innovation.
• A strong understanding of the methodologies and principles of software development.
• A working knowledge of Business Continuity Planning (BCP), alongside version control systems and continuous integration practices.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar languages.
• An understanding of web development frameworks, such as Vue.js and React.js, is expected for a full-stack developer is expected.
• Ability to deliver functional solutions within a tight deadline
• Collaborative and problem-solving skills in a team environment.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
