Role Overview Global bank looking for an enthusiastic Junior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support the hiring of junior to manager-level professionals across technology and operations. This role offers broad exposure to in-house recruitment in a large, fast-paced organisation and is well suited to a fresh graduate or early-career professional who is outgoing, proactive and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment for junior to manager-level technology and operations roles. Source and screen candidates through appropriate recruitment channels. Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders. Develop a practical understanding of technology and operations functions within a large financial-services environment. Build capability in interviewing, stakeholder management and talent advisory. Maintain accurate recruitment records and support reporting and administrative activities. Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Candidate Profile Fresh graduate or candidate with up to two years of relevant experience. Qualification in human resources or another relevant discipline; candidates seeking to transition from agency recruitment to an in-house environment are welcome. Strong interest in technology and its application within financial services. Confident, personable and effective communicator who enjoys working with people. Proactive, resilient and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. Highly organised, quick to learn and able to manage multiple priorities.
