DLP Business Analyst - Contract

Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, and policy design for Microsoft Purview DLP implementations Drive testing and validation of DLP policies prior to deployment Manage end-to-end project delivery, from scoping through implementation and sign-off Engage and manage multiple stakeholders across different countries and business units Produce clear documentation, presentations, and status reporting for stakeholders at various levels Independently identify risks and roadblocks, and drive resolution to keep delivery on track Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in business analysis, Information Security, Technology Risk, Data Protection, or related transformation roles Strong background in requirements gathering, gap analysis, testing, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP — including requirements gathering, policy design, testing, and implementation Proven ability to independently drive implementations and manage multiple cross-country stakeholders to deliver project outcomes Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience in banking, financial services, data protection, or information security is highly advantageous Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive outcomes, rather than operate solely as a project coordinator
