What you bring

• You have leadership experience, for example as an operator or (assistant) team leader
• Your level of education matters less than your experience and personality
• You push back when needed and communicate clearly
• You're used to a physical work environment and feel at home on the production floor, even when it's busy, noisy, or has strong smells
• You speak good Dutch or English
• Experience in the food sector and knowledge of HACCP and BRC are a plus, but not required
