We are looking for a *Store Manager for our Cloverdale location* who is energetic, personable and excited to grow with us.

*No management experience? No problem!*

*We are willing to train the right person.* While previous management or sales experience is an asset, it is *not required*.

*What You'll Do*

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for helping create an amazing experience for our customers while leading and motivating your team.

Your role will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Building relationships with customers and creating a welcoming environment
• Coaching and motivating your team
• Helping your team achieve sales goals
• Learning our products, equipment and services
• Maintaining high store standards and cleanliness
• Handling daily store operations
• Helping with scheduling, opening/closing and other administrative tasks
• Leading by example and creating a fun, positive team environment

Must be available *weekdays between 10 AM?5 PM* and be willing to cover evenings and weekends when needed.
