Follow up on and execute assigned tasks related to labor disputes, enforcement of court judgments, commercial registration, and chambers of commerce.

Handle legal cases involving the company’s employees, whether filed by or against them in connection with the performance of their job duties.

Review copies of guaranteed documents issued to customers, obtain copies thereof, and ensure that they are signed by the Branch Manager.

Take the necessary legal actions against defaulting customers and their guarantors.

Represent the company, pursuant to the power of attorney granted to him/her, before government authorities, including the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade, local districts, City Councils, the Ministry of Electricity, the Consumer Protection Agency, and other relevant authorities.

Prepare legal memoranda, review judicial files, and appear before courts to represent the company, plead, and defend the company in all cases filed by or against it.

Follow up on judicial proceedings initiated by or against the company.

Centrally handle all cases related to the company’s branch customers before Cairo courts, follow up on legal procedures, and coordinate with branch lawyers regarding judicial notices served on customers.

Review customer files and guarantee documents intended for securitization and the issuance of deferred-payment financial rights certificates.

Bachelor’s degree in law is a must .

Minimum 2 years of experience in legal and litigation work.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian civil, commercial, labor, and procedural laws.

Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
