QUALITY ANALYST

A Quality Engineer (QE) ensures that products, processes, and systems consistently meet stringent safety, regulatory, and customer requirements. They bridge the gap between production realities and customer expectations by identifying defects, investigating root causes, and driving continuous improvements throughout the product lifecycle.

• Oversee and verify quality of First Article Inspection (FAI) products throughout the entire production process.
• Monitor and resolve material discreoancies, ensure product quality standars, conduct production line audits, and validate the effectuveness of process improvement initiatives,
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, and provide quality skills training to inspection personnel.
• Review and confirm customer specification documents, investigate customer complaints, implement corrective and preventive actions, and prepare 8D reports as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (Candidates with a high school diploma may also be considered if they possess significant relevant experience (e.g., three years or more).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with or without prior experience will also be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiairty with TL9001 and ISO14001 system operations.
• Knowledge of the Seven Quality Control (QC) Tools and application of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Certification as an ISO internal auditor is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, with strong learning aptitude, Preference will be given to candidates with more than one year of experience in the optical fiber communication industry.
• Preferably graduate of Mechanical/Computer Engineering.
