ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN (GENERAL)

Your tasks

Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose faulty electrical components using specialized testing devices (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, and thermal scanners) and safely execute repairs. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of transformers, circuit breakers, and control panels to prevent equipment failure and operational downtime. System Installation: Assemble, install, and modify wiring systems, lighting, and electrical control systems according to blueprint specifications. Compliance & Safety: Strictly adhere to electrical safety protocols, such as Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and ensure all work complies with national and local electrical codes. Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of inspections, repairs, and parts inventory to assist management in tracking maintenance budgets and histories.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements NC2 Advantage.

With experience as electrician.
