SUBSTITUTE TEACHER (Elementary school teacher)

Temporary Position Taman Rama Intercultural School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Substitute Teacher to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a teacher who will be on maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on the school's curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment.
• Manage classroom activities and student behavior effectively.
• Monitor and assess students' learning progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, coordinators, and school staff.
• Maintain accurate student attendance and learning records.
• Participate in relevant school activities and meetings as required.
• Ensure continuity of learning during the regular teacher's absence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
• Previous teaching experience is preferred.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Able to work effectively with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Responsible, adaptable, and committed to student learning.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written, is preferred.
• Experience in an international school or Cambridge curriculum is an advantage.
