Success in this role means effectively identifying, assessing, and monitoring key risks across the organization, ensuring they are managed within approved risk appetite and policies. You will proactively assess emerging risks, monitor risk indicators, and provide practical recommendations to mitigate potential impacts on the business. A successful Risk Manager maintains accurate and timely risk reporting, supports effective implementation of risk mitigation plans, and ensures continuous improvement in the organization’s risk management practices and controls.

Job Requirements:-

• University Degree, Bachelor of Economic, Business Administration or commerce
• 7+ years of professional experience in Risk management Consumer Finance Industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Background in financial analysis with statistics
• Fluency in both spoken & written English language is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
