What Success Looks Like :- Success in this role means ensuring the effective implementation of the company’s legal policies and procedures in line with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. You will ensure the proper drafting and review of contracts and legal documents, provide timely legal advice, monitor regulatory updates, and identify potential legal risks to protect the company’s interests. A successful Legal Officer proactively mitigates legal risks, supports the resolution of disputes, maintains accurate legal records, and ensures that the company’s business activities remain legally compliant.

Requirements

Job Requirements:-

• University Degree in Law or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in legal affairs, corporate law, or regulatory compliance.
• Intermediate in both spoken & written English language is required.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian laws and regulations, particularly those related to corporate governance, contracts, and Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) regulations.
• Understanding of legal processes, regulatory requirements, and best practices in corporate compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
