Internal Audit Manager

What Success Looks Like :-

Success in this role means ensuring effective execution of the internal audit strategy and annual audit plan, aligned with key business risks and organizational objectives. You will provide strategic oversight of audit activities, identify significant risks, evaluate internal controls and compliance, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations. A successful Internal Audit leader ensures timely and high-quality audit reporting, effective follow-up on corrective actions, and continuous improvement in governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:-

• University Degree, Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or equivalent are required
• 7+ years of professional experience in auditing, , accounting, or related field
• at least 3 years Proven experience in managing and leading internal audit teams in large organizations
• Extensive experience in conducting financial audits, operational audits, and governance assessments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
