What Success Looks Like:

Success in this role means conducting accurate and reliable field investigations to verify clients’ personal, residential, and employment information, identify potential risks or discrepancies, and provide detailed reports within the required timelines. It also involves maintaining accurate documentation, following company policies and procedures, and supporting informed credit decisions while minimizing financing risks.

Job Requirements:-

• University Degree, Bachelor of Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in field Investigation, document handling, or a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in document verification and delivery
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to financial operations.
