Supply Chain Manager M/F

Based in Lyon (69) / CDI / €30k to €50k gross/year depending on profile

Our client:

TAM Recrutement is supporting its client, a recognized player in the distribution of technological products and a subsidiary of a growing group. In an innovative and digital-oriented environment, they are looking for their future Supply Chain Manager M/F.

The position:

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, within a team of 7 people, you will manage a portfolio of brands and clients. You are the key interlocutor for the sales, ADV, marketing, logistics, transport, and finance teams, as well as suppliers and partners.

Thanks to your experience, you are also a support point for the team: you take charge of complex matters and ensure business continuity in the absence of the Manager.

Your missions:

Procurement and stocks

• Calculate weekly purchasing needs and validate replenishments with your manager
• Enter and track orders in the ERP, and transmit them to international suppliers, particularly in Asia
• Monitor goods flows and coordinate receptions with logistics
• Participate in S&OP and identify at-risk stocks with the sales and marketing teams
• Update product data and regulatory documents in the ERP

Clients and service quality

• Build and track sales forecasts with Key Account Managers
• Exchange regularly with major clients, following a collaborative approach (CPFR)
• Monitor commercial operations and product launches in connection with ADV
• Drive the service level and implement corrective actions

Data and performance

• Monitor key indicators: stock coverage, stock aging, valuation, forecast reliability.
• Analyze stock rotations and correct inconsistencies in the ERP
• Produce activity management reports

Recruitment process

An initial exchange with TAM, followed by three interviews at our client's premises.

Profile sought:

Your profile

• Higher education (business school, IAE or equivalent) in supply chain
• Successful experience in a role as a procurement officer, supply planner, or demand planner, ideally in distribution and in an international context
• Good understanding of B2B2C distribution operations
• Practice of an ERP and very good mastery of Excel
• Professional English
• Rigor, ability to manage priorities, excellent interpersonal skills, and curiosity
