Freight Forwarding Agent / Quotation M/F

Do you want to join a recognized player in industrial project transport and international out-of-gauge transport? We are recruiting a Logistics Engineering Support (SIL) to support the management of the most technical files and contribute to the success of large-scale logistical operations.

Your missions

Within a specialized team, you will work on complex projects requiring strong technical and commercial expertise. In this capacity, you will be required to:

• Study the feasibility of out-of-gauge transport requests and specific projects.
• Develop pricing offers and perform cost estimations.
• Consult and negotiate with carriers and partners.
• Coordinate and monitor logistical operations until their completion.
• Provide technical support to commercial and operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customs, and logistical constraints related to international flows.

Profile sought:

• 3 years of experience in the transport sector.
• Experience in out-of-gauge transport, project transport and/or regarding Africa destinations is a real asset.
• Good mastery of costing, incoterms, and import-export mechanisms.
• Professional English allowing for exchange with international partners.
• You are recognized for your rigor, your sense of organization, your analytical capacity, and your ease in negotiation.

What we offer

• CDI based in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier (38).
• Agent de Maîtrise status.
• Remuneration between €39,000 and €44,000 gross, paid over 13 months.
