Import and Export Internship - Jundiai

Responsibilities and duties

• Support the checking and organization of import and export documents, such as DUIMP, LI, DUE, Notas Fiscais, Invoices, and Packing Lists, ensuring the correct filing of information.
• Assist in monitoring import and export processes, supporting contact with despachantes aduaneiros and agentes de carga for status updates and internal controls.
• Provide support in monitoring international air shipments, tracking deadlines, documentation, and information with agentes de carga.
• Assist in monitoring collections and deliveries related to import and export processes, supporting contact with transport companies and updating controls.
• Support the control of expenses and costs of import and export processes, performing entries, spreadsheet updates, and organization of documents for verification.
• Provide support to the administrative activities of the Comércio Exterior area, contributing to the organization of information and improvement of internal controls.

Requirements and qualifications We are looking for people who:

• Are currently studying Higher Education in Comércio Exterior, Administração, Relações Internacionais, or related fields.
• Have intermediate knowledge of Pacote Office, especially Excel.
• Have an interest in the Import and Export area.
• Intermediate English.
• Basic knowledge of the Portal Único Siscomex will be considered a differentiator.
