Breakfast Cook

Work tasks: Kolm Õde boutique hotel (Pikk 71, Tallinn Old Town) is looking for a breakfast chef to join our team. Our breakfast is a buffet focused on Estonian produce and bread and pastries baked on site, and it is open to guests of the hotel and our apartments as well as to outside visitors. Your main duties: - preparing hot and cold breakfast dishes (egg dishes, porridges, hot sides, salads, cold cuts, smoked fish, etc.); - baking bread, buns and morning pastries on site; - setting up the buffet before opening and keeping it replenished during breakfast; - taking care of the taste, freshness and attractive presentation of the food; - preparing for the next day (doughs, prep work, etc.); - monitoring stock, preparing orders and receiving deliveries; - following food hygiene and self-monitoring (HACCP) requirements, checking temperatures and shelf life; - keeping the kitchen, equipment and tools clean and in order; - working closely with the breakfast server and reception, and helping develop the menu. You are responsible for making sure every morning starts with a tasty, fresh and beautifully presented breakfast for our guests.

Other requirements: - Previous experience as a cook (experience with breakfast service, hotel kitchens or baking is a big plus).

• Valid health certificate (tervisetõend). - Willingness to work early mornings, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays. - Cleanliness, accuracy, independence and good time management. - A desire to cook tasty, beautifully presented food and to help develop our new breakfast concept.
