Head of Quality m/f/d.

Description

You and your team are responsible for quality assurance from the supplier side through goods receipt and production to complaint management. You ensure the entire process, such as corrective and preventive actions, supplier qualifications, monitoring of testing equipment and testing planning, through to complaint processing and documentation. You provide impulses for process optimization in the sense of early error prevention, conduct error analyses, and train employees. You work closely with the specialist departments in the sense of enforcing the highest quality standards according to IATF 16949. You are the direct contact person regarding quality for our customers and report to the Plant Manager. Support in the preparation and execution of system, process, and product audits within the area of responsibility and at the supplier. Active participation in the KVP and BVW processes.

Profile Overview

• Completed technical or business studies with relevant additional qualification in the field of quality management
• Several years of professional experience in quality management
• Leadership experience
• Methodological knowledge in Automotive-Core-Tools (FMEA, MSA, PPAP etc.)
• Knowledge of relevant standards in the automotive industry (IATF 16949, VDA volumes)
• Applicable advanced English skills
• High level of personal responsibility and initiative
• Organizational talent and analytical thinking
• Ability to resolve conflicts constructively and negotiation skills
