Your tasks

Job Objective

• We are looking for a General Director with extensive experience in the educational sector, capable of leading the institutional strategy, ensuring academic excellence, and efficiently directing human, administrative, and financial resources. The position requires an executive profile that combines pedagogical knowledge, strategic vision, management capacity, and results-oriented leadership.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and execute the institutional strategy and development plans. Supervise academic, administrative, and financial operations. Direct and develop management, academic, and administrative teams. Establish and monitor performance indicators. Administer budgets, resources, and institutional processes. Guarantee compliance with educational regulations. Drive initiatives for innovation, continuous improvement, and organizational development. Strengthen academic quality and institutional results. Promote a high-performance organizational culture. Institutionally represent the organization before different stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, Educational Administration, or a related field. Master's degree in Education, Educational Management, Administration, MBA, or Organizational Development is desirable. More than 5 years of experience in management positions within the educational sector. Verifiable experience in leading multidisciplinary teams. Solid knowledge of academic, administrative, and financial management. Experience in strategic planning, budget administration, and indicator evaluation. Knowledge of applicable educational regulations. Advanced English is indispensable. Availability to attend to the operational needs of the institution.
