Your tasks

• Are you motivated to build, transform, and professionalize growing companies? We are looking for an executive leader with strategic vision and a strong financial focus who enjoys getting involved in operations, developing teams, and converting information into business decisions. This position represents a unique opportunity to lead a Mexican company recognized for the design and manufacture of decorative lighting pieces and high-level projects, accompanying its next stage of growth and institutionalization.

• Direct the integral operation of the company, aligning the Commercial, Operations, and Administration areas. Generate reliable financial information for strategic decision-making. Develop and implement indicators (KPIs) and control dashboards for all areas. Consolidate processes, structures, and work models that drive business growth. Actively participate in the implementation and utilization of the new ERP. Coordinate budgets, cash flow, profitability, and financial monitoring. Accompany the Board of Directors in the execution of the business strategy. Drive the professionalization of the organization without losing the creative essence of the company. Supervise the performance of the different areas and ensure the achievement of objectives. Represent the company with national and international clients and strategic partners.

Requirements

Profile we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA desirable. Minimum 8 years in executive or managerial positions with integral responsibility for the business. Experience in medium-sized companies (approximately 30 to 200 employees). Solid experience in financial analysis, budgets, cash flow, and business indicators. Experience leading processes of institutionalization, growth, and organizational improvement. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in ERP (Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar). Intermediate-advanced English for communication with international clients. Availability to make occasional trips to the United States.
