An important agricultural exporting company is looking for a Customs Logistics Operations Coordinator; this position is 100% remote and can be hired from anywhere in the Mexican Republic. Note: an advanced conversational English level is required to maintain conversations with Asia, Europe, and the U.S.A.

Foreign Trade and Logistics Coordinator Fresh Fruit

An international company dedicated to the export and commercialization of fresh fruit seeks to incorporate a Foreign Trade and Logistics Coordinator into its team.

We are looking for an organized, responsible, and proactive person, with experience in export operations and the ability to coordinate multiple shipments and tasks simultaneously.

Main functions

• Coordination and monitoring of maritime and air shipments.
• Coordination with exporters, plants, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and airlines.
• Monitoring of bookings, cargo, ETD, and ETA.
• Review and control of export documentation.
• Review of BL, AWB, invoices, packing lists, certificates, and other documents.
• Cargo tracking until destination.
• Communication with international clients and suppliers.
• Updating reports and internal systems.
• Support in invoicing and administrative control of operations.
• Direct support to the commercial and operations teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in foreign trade, logistics, exports, or related areas.
• Ideally experience in the fresh fruit or agro-export industry.
• Good command of Excel and Office tools.
• Experience working with ERP will be valued.
• Advanced English is mandatory, with the ability to read, write, and communicate with international clients and suppliers.
• Ability to work in an organized manner and handle several operations simultaneously.
• 100% remote work, accustomed to working in a Home Office scheme.
