Requirements

Functions
- Manage and provide comprehensive follow-up to customer purchase orders, from receipt to delivery and closure.
- Process and follow up on intercompany orders between Raleigh and CFMEX.
- Validate purchase orders against sales orders, verifying quantities, prices, dates, and quality/ISO requirements.
- Monitor the status of materials, inventories, shortages, and delivery dates.
- Timely identify supply risks, delays, or inconsistencies and coordinate actions for their resolution.
- Coordinate expeditions, shipments, and shipping logistics with suppliers and internal areas.
- Prepare basic quotes and request prices and delivery dates from suppliers.
- Follow up on rework, returns, and order adjustments until their resolution and closure.
