This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on recruitment experience who enjoy connecting with people, sourcing candidates, and managing the recruitment process. Candidates with experience hiring for Sales, Customer Service, or other customer-facing positions are particularly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Service, or other customer-facing positions is preferred
• Able to communicate confidently in English for work-related purposes
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes
• Currently not engaged in full-time employment
• Based near BSD, South Tangerang, or willing to work in the BSD area
• Willing to use personal work equipment, including a laptop

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to candidate placement
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes with candidates and hiring teams
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders regarding recruitment requirements and progress
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
