Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we're now looking for a Depositary Consultant to join our journey.

• Conduct NAV oversight duties, ensuring valuation consistency, accuracy, and adherence to approved methodologies.
• Perform regulatory oversight on safekeeping, recordkeeping, cash monitoring, and valuation controls across UCITS and PE/RE funds.
• Monitor and challenge the operational output of delegated entities (fund administrators, custodians, third-party providers) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Review, document, and escalate investment restriction breaches, cash flow reconciliations, and other compliance findings in line with depositary obligations.
• Execute oversight tasks related to fund onboarding, change events, due diligence of service providers.
• Support Depositary Managers in providing technical advisory, anticipating client needs, and ensuring consistency in oversight deliverables.
• Participate in governance forums (internal and external), preparing oversight reporting, action tracking, and regulatory updates.
• Maintain thorough documentation of oversight activities, ensuring timely delivery of regulatory reporting and audit support.

How do we imagine our future Depositary Consultant?

• Proven experience in Depositary functions across UCITS and/or alternative funds (Private Equity, Real Estate).
• Strong knowledge of safekeeping, recordkeeping, NAV oversight, investment restrictions, and cash monitoring.
• Solid understanding of UCITS and AIFMD regulatory frameworks and oversight of delegated activities.
• Ability to manage compliance escalations, operational risks, and regulatory breaches with transparency and accuracy.
• Skilled in client servicing and technical advisory, including onboarding and handling complex depositary queries.
• Languages: Fluent in English; French or German considered a strong asset.
