Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we're now looking for a Data Expert Consultant to join our journey.
- Analyze business team requirements and design robust, optimized solutions, while drafting the associated technical specifications.
- Propose a realistic schedule for work and deliverables.
- Develop DataStage workflows in accordance with the banking client's standards.
- Handle testing and provide support to business teams during qualification phases.
- Document and deploy solutions according to the banking client's standards.
- Ensure the maintenance, quality, and performance of delivered solutions.
- Work closely with the project team (Data Engineers, business teams, IT Project Manager, Business Project Manager).
- Provide regular status reports on assigned projects and tasks.
- Identify risks and propose solutions to meet deadlines and objectives.
How do we imagine our future Data Expert Consultant?
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the data field, with at least 5 years of advanced hands-on expertise in IBM DataStage (mandatory).
- Proven experience with data warehouse projects in a banking or financial environment.
- Solid knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2).
- Proficiency in data modeling techniques (relational, multidimensional).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Awareness of data quality, traceability, and governance issues.
- Good communication skills, ability to integrate quickly, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Meticulousness, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities.
- Experience with tools such as Webfocus, Denodo, Dataiku, Power BI, or Cloudera is considered an asset.
