TalenX is recruiting for one of its clients! A French publisher of SaaS software for regulatory monitoring and HSE (hygiene, safety, environment) compliance. The company monitors applicable legal developments, helps its clients assess their compliance, manage risks, and manage their audits and action plans. It targets companies with industrial and environmental obligations across several countries.
Your tasks
You will join a dynamic team of consultants; you will be the driving force behind our field missions. You will intervene directly with our clients to guarantee not only compliance, but also the excellence of their HSE practices.
- Compliance Management: Conduct in-depth regulatory audits as a junior auditor, ensuring our clients' alignment with current standards.
- Strategic Partnership: Actively advise our clients to optimize their compliance with requirements and their operational integration.
- Performance Optimization: Support organizations in their continuous improvement process in HSE and help them achieve ambitious objectives.
- Targeted Expertise: Intervene on complex issues (specific risk analyses, implementation of new regulations, normative audits, etc.).
- Expertise Valorization: Participate in the dissemination of our know-how (tool presentations and client training).
Requirements
You are an HSE engineer with a strong capacity for adaptation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- You possess solid knowledge of ISO frameworks and industrial regulatory fundamentals.
- You are autonomous, organized, and have a real appetite for client proximity and field action.
- You are a natural communicator, capable of interacting effectively with all hierarchical levels.
- You have a foundation in regulation and are comfortable with the industrial sector.
- Your level of English allows you to evolve in an international professional environment.
