UI/UX Designer

Job Responsibilities Design user interfaces and end-to-end user flows for digital products across key user journeys.

Translate product requirements and user research insights into intuitive and user-friendly designs.

Design responsive interfaces for different user groups and usage scenarios.

Develop and maintain consistent UI patterns, components and design systems.

Plan and conduct usability testing and incorporate findings into design improvements.

Ensure designs meet accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1.

Work closely with product, research and engineering teams from concept through implementation.

Contribute reusable design patterns and components to the organisation's design system.

Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with a portfolio of delivered digital products.

Strong UI design skills in layout, typography, visual hierarchy and interaction design.

Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components and design tokens.

Hands-on experience conducting usability testing.

Good understanding of accessibility and inclusive design, including WCAG 2.1 and ARIA.

Experience designing workflow or management systems such as dashboards, records or scheduling solutions is an advantage.

Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
