Job Responsibilities: Manage full recruitment lifecycle from talent identification and sourcing through to offer negotiation.

Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines

Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence

Support campus hiring, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.

Preferred Candidates: Experienced in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or fintech

Experience in campus recruitment, employer branding, or recruitment marketing is a bonus
