Systems Integration Engineer, Lead

Your tasks

We are seeking an experienced System/Software Integrator to lead the integration of software applications, system components and interfaces across complex technology environments. You will oversee integration design, testing and troubleshooting to ensure secure and reliable system interoperability.

• Lead the integration of applications, software components and subsystems.
• Design and review APIs, interfaces and middleware for data exchange between systems.
• Oversee system configuration, integration testing, validation and troubleshooting.
• Resolve complex integration issues, data inconsistencies and interoperability challenges.
• Coordinate with software developers, infrastructure teams and other technical stakeholders.
• Ensure integration solutions meet security, performance and reliability requirements.
• Oversee technical documentation, interface specifications, change control and integration reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
• More than 10 years of relevant software or system integration experience.
• Strong experience with APIs, middleware, interfaces and integration testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues across multiple systems.
• Understanding of system architecture, security controls and change management.
• Strong technical leadership, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in aviation, defence, government or other mission-critical systems is an advantage.
