Senior Warehouse

Team Lead Location: Tuas Working Day/Hours: Monday - Friday, office hours Job Responsibilities Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Manage manpower deployment and ensure daily operational targets and customer KPIs are met. Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy and regular stock counts. Manage bonded and licensed goods in compliance with Customs requirements. Monitor warehouse productivity and drive process improvements. Handle QEHS matters and ensure non-compliance issues are resolved. Coordinate with HR on manpower and employee-related matters.

Job Requirements Relevant experience in warehouse operations and team supervision . Good knowledge of inventory control, manpower planning and warehouse processes . Experience managing operational targets and customer KPIs. Knowledge of bonded / licensed goods and Customs regulations is an advantage. Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
