Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, develop and maintain secure, scalable and high-performance web applications. You will work on both frontend and backend development, build APIs, improve application performance and support automated testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain web applications using .NET/C# and Angular.

Develop and integrate backend services and RESTful APIs.

Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.

Ensure application performance, security, reliability and code quality.

Work with QA and DevOps teams on automated testing, deployment and releases.

Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to application design and technical improvements.

Support cloud deployment, monitoring and CI/CD processes.

Follow software development best practices and security standards.

Requirements Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.

At least 7 years of relevant software engineering experience, with hands-on experience in .NET/C# and Angular.

Strong knowledge of frontend and backend application development.

Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.

Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

Experience with software testing, debugging and performance optimisation.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes would be an advantage.

Good problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.

Added Advantage Experience with application monitoring and logging tools.

Knowledge of application security practices, authentication and authorisation.

Experience with microservices architecture or cloud-native applications.
