Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM)
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) to oversee fire safety compliance , support facilities operations , and ensure the smooth delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services across assigned sites. This role is ideal for candidates with strong fire safety management , facilities management , and statutory compliance experience in large-scale or government facilities. Salary & Benefits 💰 Salary: Up to $6,500 + $200 Allowance 📍 Work Location: Islandwide 🕗 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM 📄 2-Year Contract Key Responsibilities Perform statutory duties as the appointed Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) .
Manage Fire Certificate renewals , fire risk assessments, and fire safety audits.
Plan and lead fire drills , emergency preparedness exercises, and incident investigations.
Ensure compliance with SCDF regulations and the Fire Safety Act .
Support day-to-day facilities operations and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure service delivery standards are met.
Assist in incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and emergency recovery planning.
Prepare reports, support audits, and maintain statutory compliance documentation.
Liaise with SCDF , government authorities, and key stakeholders on fire safety matters.
Requirements Registered Senior Fire Safety Manager (SCDF) certification is mandatory .
Minimum 5 years of relevant Facilities Management experience.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services , or related discipline.
Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations , statutory compliance, and emergency response.
Experience in government, institutional, industrial, defence, or security-sensitive environments will be an advantage.
