Sales Manager: Basic $3500 to $4000 + Commission + Transport Allowance + Incentives
Business Development Manager: Basic $4500 to $5000 + Transport/Car Allowance + Incentives
Industry: Premium System Furniture | Office Furniture
Requirements Strong understanding of sales and business development concepts.
Need to be strong in corporate sales and familiar in design & office furniture market
Knowledge of workspace trends (ergonomics, modularity, sustainability, compliance).
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities for Sales Manager: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, architects, and designers.
Conduct sales calls and client meetings.
Identify and generate new leads and business opportunities.
Present company products and services to prospective and existing customers.
Prepare and issue sales quotations.
Partner with design and operations teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions. Full sales cycle from pre-sales activities to post-sales follow-up.
Respond promptly to sales inquiries and client requests.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Responsibilities for Business Development Manager: Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding a network of corporate clients, developers, architects, and design partners to grow the customer base.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships to strengthen the company’s position in the workspace solutions market.
Establish long-term relationships with architects, contractors, and industry stakeholders to expand our reach.
Design and execute business development strategies aligned with market trends and client needs to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform business strategy.
Prepare business development reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Collaborate with sales teams to engage designers, architects, and direct clients to deliver integrated workspace.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, designers, project managers, and industry stakeholders to expand reach and influence.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
