1. Retail Cashier - $2435 Job Description:

• Managing transactions with customers using cash registers
• Scanning products and ensuring pricing is accurate
• Collecting payments whether in cash or credit
• Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
• Responsible to convince and help shopper to register to Soco
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Responsible to achieve target new member (soco)

1. Retail Supervisor - Up to $3000 (based on experience) Job Description:

• Meets or exceeds specified sales goals
• Ensuring that stock is replenished when needed
• Ensuring that products are presented properly on shelve
• Organise opening and closing of store in the absence of Store Manager
• Orientate and train team in areas of company rules and guidelines, key performance measurements, customer profile, customer service standards, process workflow, product knowledge and technical skills set
• Supervise and coach team in areas of daily workflow and work performance
• Be familiar with and drive the team to achieve targets on daily basis
• Responsible for store administration
• Support Store Manager to manage stores
