Project Manager

Job Responsibilities Lead and manage IT system development projects from planning to implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline and quality requirements.

Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and risk mitigation strategies.

Engage and manage stakeholders, external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Oversee contract management, procurement activities and vendor performance.

Prepare business cases and budget proposals to support project funding and procurement.

Manage system maintenance, enhancements and operational processes to ensure system availability and performance.

Ensure projects comply with IT governance, quality and security policies.

Monitor project progress, manage risks and resolve issues to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of IT project management experience.

Experience managing the full project development lifecycle.

Agile project management experience is an advantage.

Experience managing multi-million-dollar project budgets and digital transformation initiatives is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Results-oriented, organised and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
