Responsibilities: Coordinate with customers to manage shipment schedules and ensure timely updates.

Arrange and oversee logistics operations in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure smooth coordination throughout the shipment process.

Prepare and process shipping documentation, while providing regular shipment status updates to the relevant internal departments.

Perform other ad hoc duties and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements: Diploma or relevant field preferred

Keen in Logistics & Supply Chain industry but no experience are welcomed
