Group Finance Manager

Our client is a fast-growing energy solutions company specializing in renewable energy and sustainable technology solutions with a growing regional presence. As the Group Finance Manager, you will be responsible for driving the finance and accounting operations to achieve the business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly management accounts, financial reporting, consolidation, and year-end closing.
- Lead budgeting, costing, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support management’s business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Manage external auditors, tax agents, banks, and other external stakeholders.
- Review and strengthen internal controls, finance processes, and reporting systems.
- Lead and develop the finance team while remaining hands-on in daily operations.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
- Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA) will be an added advantage
- Minimum 6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with 2 years of managerial experience, ideally within the energy industry
- Strong experience in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a hands-on and commercially minded approach
