Financial Controller

Oversee the hotel's end-to-end finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Manage monthly closing, P&L reporting, budgeting and rolling financial forecasts. Track financial performance and provide insights on variances, risks and areas for improvement. Drive effective cost management across the hotel, including Food & Beverage and operational expenses. Maintain strong controls over revenue, expenditure, cash flow, purchasing and inventory. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax and company financial requirements. Work closely with the General Manager and department heads on budgeting, financial planning and business performance. Manage relationships with auditors, banks, government agencies and other external stakeholders. Lead and develop the Finance team, ensuring high standards of performance and accountability. Provide commercial and financial advice to management to support business decisions and improve profitability.
