Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility, plant infrastructure and equipment maintenance .
- Plan and supervise preventive & corrective maintenance , troubleshooting and breakdown investigations.
- Lead root cause analysis and CAPA for equipment failures.
- Oversee M&E systems including electrical, air-conditioning, chillers, air compressors/dryers and utilities .
- Coordinate contractors/vendors for maintenance, installation and facility improvement projects.
- Drive energy efficiency, sustainability and Energy Management System (EMS) initiatives.
- Support HSE, regulatory compliance, project documentation and facility improvement activities.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Valid Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) Certificate is required.
- Minimum 3–5 years of facilities/equipment management experience .
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace or industrial facilities will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, CMMS, predictive maintenance and energy management systems is an advantage.
