Dynamics 365 Business Central Techno-functional Consultant

Role Overview As a MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant, you will lead solution design, configurations, and end-to-end implementations across cross-modular projects (ie. Finance, Supply Chain). You will be a key member in bridging gaps between business needs and technical solutions. Core Responsibilities Requirement Gathering & Design: Lead workshops to map out client business processes and design system configurations. Solution Configuration: Set up and manage core modules including General Ledger, AP/AR, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing etc. Technical Customization: Develop custom extensions using AL (Application Language) and Visual Studio Code. Integrations: Design and manage API integrations (REST, SOAP, OData) between Business Central and third-party systems. Data Migration & Reporting: Handle data imports/exports and create customized reports and layouts (Power BI, RDLC, Word). Training & Support: Provide end-user training, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and troubleshoot system issues Requirements & Qualifications Min. 5-6 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations for Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV Proficiency in the BC Extension Model, AL programming, and data migration. Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of core accounting principles and supply chain management processes. Experience with integrations, APIs Advantageous to possess certifications ie. MB-800 (Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant) and PL-900 / PL-200 (Power Platform). Excellent analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
