Senior Accounts Payable (AP) - Urgently

1. Process and verify supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
2. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
3. Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate payment terms when required.
4. Ensure compliance with Thai tax regulations, including VAT and WHT.
5. Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
6. Coordinate with internal teams, especially Operations and Procurement.
7. Handle payment transactions and related documentation.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 5 years of AP experience; freight forwarding or logistics experience is preferred. Good knowledge of Thai tax regulations, including VAT and WHT. Proficient in accounting software such as SAP or similar systems. Strong leadership skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Fair command of English.
