Product Development and Business Development Engineer (R&D, Product Development) Urgent

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop new products from concept to Mass Production.
2. Design and develop cooling systems for new products.
3. Prepare engineering documentation, such as Engineering Specification and BOM.
4. Plan and conduct testing, and analyze results to improve products.
5. Coordinate with Suppliers and relevant departments to develop Prototypes and prepare for production readiness.
6. Study market trends, technology, and analyze competitors to support product development.
7. Support the Sales team with technical information and prepare Business Cases for new products.
8. Participate in Product Roadmap planning and prepare relevant KPI reports.
9. Manage BOM data, Work Order, and standard documents in the Oracle NetSuite Manufacturing Module system.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 3-6 years of experience or more in product development or cooling system engineering. Skills in understanding cooling systems. Ability to understand and interpret Engineering Drawing. Able to communicate in English, both speaking and writing. Skills in presentation, data analysis, and effective communication with stakeholders. Experience using ERP systems will be an advantage. Open to learning and always keeping up with new technologies and innovations.
