Engineering Project Leader

In this role, you are responsible for the coordination and follow-up of technical projects and ensure smooth execution from study to delivery. Your tasks include:

• Analyzing customer requests and conducting feasibility studies to develop the most suitable technical solution.
• Preparing quotes, creating orders, and monitoring schedules, contractual agreements, and project margins.
• Coordinating project teams and managing internal employees and external partners.
• Monitoring safety, quality, and environmental regulations during the execution of projects.
• Maintaining customer relationships, conducting project evaluations, and ensuring after-sales service.

In doing so, you always work systematically, customer-oriented, and result-oriented, and you actively contribute to a qualitative and efficient execution of technical projects.

For this position, we are looking for a candidate who possesses:

• A higher technical degree, preferably a master's in Industrial Engineering Electromechanics, or equivalent through experience.
• Several years of relevant experience in a project-based technical environment.
• A strong affinity for technology and well-developed project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a good knowledge of English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Experience in coaching and managing a team, combined with strong people management skills.
• A proactive, flexible, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented work attitude.
• The willingness to travel sporadically, depending on the projects.
