Systems Engineer [Redhat Openshift, Linux , Virtualization, load-balancing, Firewall experience preferred]

Job Responsibilities Plan, implement, monitor, and maintain project hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Perform troubleshooting, fault rectification, and root cause analysis, implementing preventive measures to minimise recurrence. Ensure operational systems meet contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Conduct routine preventive maintenance and operational support activities. Maintain accurate project documentation and technical reports. Perform standby duties when required. Requirements Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Unix/Linux, and virtualisation platforms (VMware/Hyper-V). Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of IT infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, email, databases, and web/application servers. Experience in OS, system, and network hardening, as well as patch management. Familiarity with servers, SAN/NAS storage, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proactive, adaptable, and able to communicate technical concepts effectively.
