Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse OS and application metrics to support performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality, testing, workflows and operational best practices.
• Support system design, platform management and capacity planning; experience with Broadcom VMware is an advantage.
• Drive automation and system improvements to enhance service sustainability, reliability and efficiency.
• Balance development speed and service reliability against defined Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, operational issues and opportunities for automation.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure projects and services are delivered on time and meet requirements while maintaining operational support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 6–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or a related field.
• Operating Systems: Red Hat Linux, Windows, CentOS, Ubuntu.
• Containerisation & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Monitoring & Performance: Observability tools and practices.
